The Experience
Kampar River White Water Rafting Embark on an adventurous white water rafting experience through 14 rapids, set in a lush rainforest while appreciating the natural beauty of Ipoh when you embark on this exciting adventure in Kampar River.
Tempurung Cave Explore Tempurung Cave, which is one of the longest limestone caves in Peninsular Malaysia. Its name is derived from the cave’s unique shape like a coconut shell. The cave is divided into five unique domes that boast different stalactites and stalagmites, water levels, marbles, limestone content and temperatures.

- Full charges will apply for no-show and last minute cancellation.
- To receive a full refund, travelers must cancel up to 24 hours before the tour commences subject to local time zone.
- No refund will be given within 24 hours of cancellation.
- For international bank transfers, all bank charges, local and overseas, shall be borne by the remitter/sender.

- Pick up time and driver details will be updated to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by WhatsApp. Please provide your mobile phone number for us to send you the updates.
- Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to be contacted during the travel period.
- Hotel pickups are only available for major hotels, serviced residences, and boutique accommodations located in the Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle area (Bukit Bintang, KLCC, and Kampung Baru) except Pudu area.
- For hotels outside of the Golden Triangle area, pick up point will be at Berjaya Times Square. Please arrive at the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance or pick up point 15 minutes before scheduled departure time.
- Tour is subject to weather conditions.
- The SIC itinerary vehicle will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day, which will be either a car, van or bus.
- If the vehicle does not arrive in more than 10 minutes, please contact the emergency contact number +6018-398 5837, we will coordinate for you immediately
- As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
- During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
